They added my 2 children back on my insurance even after they signed an exclusion form to specifically be removed because they had there own insurance and farmers is still charging me even after tell them to remove them!!!! Had to fight with them for months to remove old car that got sold

1 /5 Karr Knutt: This insurance agency must be on drugs. I called for a quote looking for lower insurance cost and they quoted $2518 for Six Months! While my current insurance cost $610 for six months. DO NOT consider doing business here. What an Insult! I hope a tsunami wrecks their building with them inside it.

4 /5 Anthony Bevilacqua: Been a customer for close to 10 years before I had to switch because of the state I now live in. My time spent with this farmers office has been overall a GREAT experience, minus a few instances. The easiest to talk to, and most reliable insurance person I have ever worked with is at this office. Her name is Sarah. Throughout the years I did business here, Sarah has always helped me and my family out. She is willing to go step by step with me to answer all my questions thoroughly and precise. She is also very good at returning calls and getting back to you on important matters. I leave 4 stars instead of 5 because the owner of this branch’s wife, Norma, has been extremely rude to me on multiple occasions In the past. Despite, the two bad instances I had with Norma. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a good deal on insurance rates.
