1 /5 Jon Tettleton: Used All Lines for several years with multiple business policies. When I was audited by the carrier, they completely abandoned me. I was underinsured, and I take responsibility for a good portion of that. However, instead of working with me to correct my coverage and explain how audits work, they just forwarded the giant bill. They had failed to let me know my policy was up for renewal during that audit period, so I had found out from another contractor, and drove over that day to make sure my business was covered in a rush manner. Turns out, I wasnt covered enough that year, because the knowledgeable agent wasnt in the office that day when coverage needed to be bound. I feel its the job of the agent to understand the business operations and adequately explain options for coverage. I just didnt get that service, and therefore lost a lot of money. Maybe I just slipped through the cracks of a generally good business, but I would not recommend All Lines.
