5 /5 Robert Dahl: Kyle was an amazing help, and he answered all of my questions. Where other insurance companies said they dont insure my business type, Kyle said yes! Thanks to Kyle I not only got insurance for Dahl House Pest Control, but I got a very affordable policy.

1 /5 inessa shiva: Pretty disappointed with the response I have been receiving these past few months. I switched over to a different agency/carrier for commercial insurance in May of this year because I got a quote that was cheaper compared to all lines. I reached out to Sharon who is the commercial agent at all lines and told her the situation and she re quoted me for the following year and the other carrier was still $700 cheaper. She then a few days later she said underwriting said it was actually the same price as the other agency. That confused me because I have been with all lines over 5 years and the fact that I let her know that made me think was I paying over priced this whole time. I never checked the quote or price in the past I just trusted being with them as a client for a long time. I said I’ll give business to the other carrier/agency for the year and come back next year and she got really upset with me. I am getting audited by the carrier because I switched insurance. It’s been very difficult to get response from Sharon & she was calling me Maam which she has worked with me for a while in the past and knows my name so I’m not sure why she was saying Maam to me. I feel like I am being treated pretty rudely by her. I wanted to come back next year but now not sure. With switching over and being audited, I found out through LNI that all lines missed the deadline to reach out to me for continuing my Insurance for the next year which lead to missing the deadline to reinstated my insurance with LnI. It was late so I paid the reinstatement fee. That’s okay, it wasn’t much anyways but still I wish I was told that for being a client for so long. Make sure to double check your stuff.

5 /5 Gary Weinlein: I have had the best experience with this Insurance provider than any other in my lifetime. Melissa and Mary have been extremely helpful to me with marking decisions on both home owners and vehicle insurance being a new resident in Florida. They gave a generous amount of time making sure I was comfortable with my choices for 2023 and 2024. I am extremely satisfied and grateful for the care Billiet Agency has given me and I highly recommend this company for any insurance needs. Gary W.

1 /5 Jon Tettleton: Used All Lines for several years with multiple business policies. When I was audited by the carrier, they completely abandoned me. I was underinsured, and I take responsibility for a good portion of that. However, instead of working with me to correct my coverage and explain how audits work, they just forwarded the giant bill. They had failed to let me know my policy was up for renewal during that audit period, so I had found out from another contractor, and drove over that day to make sure my business was covered in a rush manner. Turns out, I wasnt covered enough that year, because the knowledgeable agent wasnt in the office that day when coverage needed to be bound. I feel its the job of the agent to understand the business operations and adequately explain options for coverage. I just didnt get that service, and therefore lost a lot of money. Maybe I just slipped through the cracks of a generally good business, but I would not recommend All Lines.

1 /5 Brant Lindquist: I would steer clear of this agency. Ive had extremely poor customer service from their personal insurance rep and no returned calls from their office supervisor. Due to the lack of customer service I decided to cancel and go with a different agency. I notified All Lines of my cancellation and signed needed documents and still continued to be billed. I reached out to the insurance company I was through with All Lines and they stated they had NOT been notified of any cancellation, but they were more than helpful to help me out. Stay away from All Lines or use at your own risk!
