1 /5 sele509: Walked in, waited 5 min & never was greeted upon arrival (there was only one lady working at the time) I can’t recall her name exactly but she was sitting in the back (left corner, I believe she had glasses). I got my insurance. I month later decided to cancel my policy over the phone(vehicle sold)....only to get spoke to by the same lady, yelling at me saying she was too busy to do anything, I asked why she was raising her voice at me talking aggressive she replied “because I’m busy right now with other customers”, I replied...”I totally understand if your busy but all I’m asking for is a confirmation call when ever you get around to canceling my policy so I don’t get charged for another month”, her response “I can’t do that, I’m busy right now!!!” And hung up. Mind you the phone call was on Bluetooth and had another person with me at the time that heard everything. Even they were surprised to hear that the lady from Perez Insurance talk to me aggravated, in a yelling tone. Hey, I’m only a paying customer that not once insulted or ever raised my voice at her. I treated her with respect & got the opposite from her. Also, I am not saying everyone at Perez insurance is rude, I’m just clarifying that my personal experience with that lady was horrible. I just can’t recall her name. (IF NOT I WOULD ADD IT IN HERE SO YOU CUSTOMERS CAN BEWARE!) I can guarantee you that if I walk in there I will remember her, but I don’t have time for negativity & bad customer service. I won’t be going back, you lost a paying respectful customer. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
