Lance Sawyer I have been with Tyler and his staff for many years. They are always professional and courteous in all my interactions with them. They keep me informed of any changes well in advance and let me know if there are any issues with my policies. I never get any pushy sales pitches. Ellen Stream I called the 425 number in Renton, WA and spoke to a rep. She could not find my policy.Was a bit rude. She told me I had to write to the billing dept. I found a 1-800 number and spoke to a nice lady named April. She had no problem finding my policy, and transferred me to the correct agent. This agent was also very helpful.
