She is always willing to go above and beyond, never giving the impression of being rushed or too busy. We’re current policyholders but are in the process of house hunting. We check with her prior to considering a property to see the implications of fire danger. She’s walked us through the process and explained new requirements if this potential property is in a fire zone. While on calls with her, she was able to show where I could save 12-17% on various premiums. I couldn’t express nearly enough the great customer service I’ve received working with her.
