Jose Jaime This our first time having State Farm insurance and our experience here was amazing! Everyone in the office gave us a warm and inviting greeting. Angelica Islas was very nice and professional. She answered all of our questions and went above and beyond your regular sales representative. Juanita was out and we were unfortunately not able to meet her but we can tell you she left her best in charge! We would recommend to anyone!

Mad Max I had AAA roadside assistance for years, but there were some things. Maybe I didn’t realize or things that changed, I now have canceled my service with them. The following are a few areas of serious concern for me. 1. They do not deliver diesel fuel, they were willing to come and told me to a fuel station within about three hours, which was unacceptable. 2. On two separate occasions, I called in for roadside assistance and they could not help me because they had no one to service that area and I was within the parameters of our contract. One of these times was in a life-threatening situation and they chose to leave me stranded. I was north of Fairbanks, Alaska near the Yukon river which normally has a fuel station at the bridge, it was closed. I did not have enough fuel to get where I was going. It was winter time at about 50° below zero, after assessing the situation, I decided to conserve the fuel that I had left And just park idling which would give me more time with the heater running. I called AAA and they would not come and get me because they said I was not out of fuel yet, I tried to explain to them the situation and they said they would not help me, they told me to drive until I ran out of fuel, then call them, yet it would take them at least four hours to get to me leaving me in a car not running in 50 below weather. This is unacceptable. They’re putting pennies in front of somebody’s life.

Nicole Leahy Larry is amazing at Farmers! He has been so helpful for the several years I’ve been with them. I appreciated them so much I set my daughter up on a policy too. I’ve priced other companies and they have pretty good rates. You probably could get cheaper if you’re willing to sacrifice quality and customer service.

Makenna Scott and his team (Tania is the awesome rep I’ve worked with) have been amazing to work with! I was having a hard time insuring an old home and they quickly got me a quote that was significantly better than what I’d been quoted elsewhere. I was able to get both home and auto through Scott and have had a great experience. They sincerely care about their clients and it shows. Already have recommended them to several people. Sherry Olson We have been with American Family Insurance for many years. They are always available, fast to handle whatever we need and always treat us with respect!! The AFI team handle claims quickly and they also, keep us posted on all policy changes. Special Thanks to Hildona, she is absolutely the best, knowable in all areas of insurance and if she doesnt know an answer to a question, she finds it quickly!!
