If you’re looking to support a local agency, this one is it. Farmer’s can be expensive, but their coverage is truly worth it. And the customer service you get from a local office is so much better! 5 /5 Gaye Rittal: This smaller branch is located in Castle Rock, Wa. This may be a smaller branch in size but not in service. I dealt with agent Daniel (Danny) Perez who initially called me as I had been using online insurance search tools to get a more competitive rate. Initially I didnt go with this Farmers as I went with a pay per mile group, but that became problematic. I remembered how upfront Danny was when wed spoke, so I called him back 8 months later and wished Id tried back earlier. Farmers gave me more coverage for a better rate on both home and auto and they are refreshingly upfront and no b.s. like larger branches tend to do. And I can actually reach a real person! It can be really hard to get decent coverage if you are female, older, widowed and are a renter as insurance tends to discriminate against us to make money. Again not Jeff and Dannys Farmers branch.
