We just went through our annual renewal, which is usually a major headache to keep our vendor status approved through all the different web sites that monitor us for our clients... Doug took care of it ALL. Hes been keeping track of COI policy requests for the past few years and was ready to go a few weeks before our policy renewed and was asking me for any new ones. He made phone calls as hiccups arose on the receiving end and got them all squared away in no time. As always, THANK YOU Doug for being the BEST at what you do. Chuck Marsalisi My Allstate agent closed her office and essentially disappeared. I stopped by this office to handle making policy changes. Mike was friendly and professional. He took care of my immediate issues and helped me with advice on upcoming changes. Super friendly, but I was disappointed that even though he did all the work for me, my policy could not be transferred to this office. So, he did all the work for me, without getting anything out of it... and encouraged me to come back with future changes. What incredible service!
