Challice Martin I have a story I wanted to share about Heather and her team. Last weekend Heather was at a market event and I was in the booth next to her running my business. I brought my 10 year old daughter to work and she went off to look around. After she didn’t come back for more than a few minutes I was very concerned. I ran through the entire event area and could not find her. Heather saw that I was distraught and she sent her team to go search the grounds. They found her safe and sound but I wanted to leave her a 5 star review because she didn’t need to help me. She didn’t have to do that for any reason other than she genuinely cared about a stranger finding her daughter. I think that speaks volumes about her character. Thank you Heather and her team! You’re the best. I’d leave you 10 stars if I could!

In fact, I was so impressed with his knowledge and sales skills, that I ended up adding car insurance, along with an "umbrella" policy too. This would not have happened, except for the fact that Matthew is a very personable gentleman, whom explained insurance technical terms and "jargon" in laymans terms that I could easily understand. Equally important, his policy estimates (I had 3 other quotes from other insurers) were not beatable. Nate Tepp Ive always valued working with an insurance agent and when my previous agent left the industry I was anxious to find someone to fill her shoes. Amanda is the gold standard for knowledgeable, service and affordability. Amanda emailed me a proposal within 4 hours of my initial email inquiry. By the end of the following day I had switched insurance carries, saved 30% from what I was previously paying and had my new policy in-place and old policy cancelled. She did all of this while simultaneously assisting me with a claim I had recently submitted under my prior policy. Ive already referred 2 of my clients over to her because I know she will make me look good with the service she provides her customers!
