I was with Allstate for over 10 years; however, my old agent has never explained my policies as well as this new American Family Insurance Agent. Office is well organized and clean, also staff are so nice and friendly. They spent time to review every coverage and find me all discounts I deserve. I recommend this agency to everyone.

Nawal Maysi Diana was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! She saved me over $500 a month on my auto insurance!! I’m not super educated on insurance but she made sure to answer all my questions and even further explain things I had no idea about. I highly recommend asking for her and having her set you up!

Isaac Dumlao Been hearing that State farm had low premiums for motorcycle insurance. Jose was extremely helpful in getting me set up. Awesome that he is a fellow rider as well, pushing for his "personal" opinion for coverages, but making sure you didnt feel any pressure into paying for the "extra". Very knowledgable if you have any questions as well. Extremely flexible to work with your budget if needed and give you different options for coverages.

Patrick Kies I have had Melody as my agent for over 25 years, she is great. I have gotten my families cars, renters, home owners insurance and even life insurance through her and associates. Have had different claims and they have been handled with care, efficiency and compassion. Never had a reason to feel anything but grateful for her services, not only is she my agent but a great family friend.

Jordan Ejde I switched my commercial insurance broker to Eagle Harbor earlier this year. They found a new policy with $900,000 more coverage and a smaller premium than what I was paying. I had several quotes and changes to my policy that required quite a bit of research. Sam found answers to all of my questions and handled my requests in a timely manner.
