Lynne Hess Kraft Insurance Agency has impressed me with their professional and thorough attitude toward the customer. I was searching for information about both homeowners and auto insurance and felt an independent agency would be the best beginning. I wasnt disappointed. Patrick Kraft carefully explained several options and did it in laymans terms. When we were finished, he had saved me money and found an insurance company that he felt was a good fit for me. And more to the point, a company with whom he could do business and recommend highly to a customer. I would recommend this agency and Patrick Kraft in a heartbeat to anyone needing solid insurance information.

I called this office out of last desperation and got through to a person who helped me find the right way to contact claims. I didn’t catch their name but they acted in kindness and generosity even though I am sure I sounded a wreck on the phone. They could have just hung up but didn’t. For that I am grateful.

Julie Morris In the beginning they were wonderful. East to get ahold of someone during office hours, quick to do vehicle changes. Good communication. THEN the carrier we were with quit carrying insurance in Washington. I called a month ahead of time to set up new insurance. The person answering the phone told me they were busy and were contacting customers a week or two before the actual expiration date. Well, between work and life and a vacation, I checked dates and found we had expired already. I called and go no call back that day. I procured quick insurance from another company. I called them again on my next day off. The person answering the phone sounded contrite, apologized over and over and assured me she would email me quotes and call me back when she sent them. It’s been crickets since then. They don’t even answer the phone for me now. NOT a way to run a business. Super sad because I used to recommend them to everyone I know. Now I have zero faith in the. I even sent a message through their website and have heard nothing.

Chris Melton I met Anthony of You Choose Insurance LLC when I started my journey into self employment. Right away, I knew I was where I was supposed to be. Anthony spent well over an hour talking with me about my plans for running and growing my company. I wont bore you with the details, but know this... it has been MONTHS and he doesnt have to put in all this effort. He does it because the relationship he has cultivated with me is important to him. All this effort doesnt make him one extra cent more in profit. Here is the deal. You can secure your own insurance online. You dont need an insurance agent. You can do it yourself. I did for many years before starting a company. However, using an agent is a service you purchase. A good agent will listen and recommend the best insurance for you. A great agent will use his connections to get you the best insurance for you and save you money. Anthony will do all that, and put himself in the line of fire from these companies to advocate for you when they are dishonorable and try to milk more money from your company at the end of the year. Insurance companies suck. We all know this. Nobody would disagree. Dealing with Anthony to act as a liason with these companies has simplified my business in ways that I cannot fully describe. I can describe my appreciation for their efforts in a review. Even though my words seem so small for everything this team has done for my company; THANK YOU ANTHONY and the team at You Choose Insurance!!!
