4 /5 James Cannon: Deanne has done a great job for us. While I am not sure why but our policy was way more expensive than it should have been and we had to go see her to get a newer much lower rate. Shame on you Farmers, for taking advantage of long standing customers. Deanne helped us change out policies over to current ones that cost much less with supposedly the same coverage.

Deanne and her associates were always very prompt, professional, and comprehensive in providing us answers. They were very patient and continued to support our inquiries until we thoroughly understood the elements of our coverage. Couldnt ask for a better experience.
