1 /5 Julie Morris: In the beginning they were wonderful. East to get ahold of someone during office hours, quick to do vehicle changes. Good communication. THEN the carrier we were with quit carrying insurance in Washington. I called a month ahead of time to set up new insurance. The person answering the phone told me they were busy and were contacting customers a week or two before the actual expiration date. Well, between work and life and a vacation, I checked dates and found we had expired already. I called and go no call back that day. I procured quick insurance from another company. I called them again on my next day off. The person answering the phone sounded contrite, apologized over and over and assured me she would email me quotes and call me back when she sent them. It’s been crickets since then. They don’t even answer the phone for me now. NOT a way to run a business. Super sad because I used to recommend them to everyone I know. Now I have zero faith in the. I even sent a message through their website and have heard nothing.

1 /5 B Berglund: I would rate zero stars if that was an option. It’s almost impossible to get any response from them. It’s a 1 in 20 chance they will answer their phone and zero chance they respond to emails. We have been trying to add a camper to our policy for months. We even stopped at their office during business hours and door was locked. We have been with Black and Assoc for over a decade and it use to be great. Due to such poor service, we will be looking elsewhere

1 /5 Leslie Rima: If I could rate zero stars I would. I have used Black and Associates for over a decade. They used to be great. Now they don’t answer their phone or return my calls when I leave a message. They were supposed to remove full coverage from a vehicle on my policy a year ago and never did. When I asked them to fix it they never did and never returned my calls. Time to find someone who can actually do the job.

1 /5 Bill Lutz: This company must have forwarded their phones to a WRONG NUMBER. My wife receives calls DAILY and we have NEVER been associated with these people. We dont even sell insurance!!!! My has set up her voicemail stating this but people still continue to call over and over and sometimes leaving some pretty nasty messages

1 /5 Katie Did: What is going on here! Ive been with Black & Associates for several years, with no issues. However, Ive bought a new travel trailer and truck, so needed to add and remove coverage several times over the past month. Ive been trying to get coverage dropped on a vehicle I sold 3 weeks ago! I have 4 emails, and 2 voicemails in with them, and have heard nothing back. Because needing a broker when you need them (a car accident, a new vehicle, etc) is the number one priority in a broker, and then have continually let me down over the past two months-Im unfortunately going to be taking my account/coverage else where. Very disappointed.
