I have been a customer of this agency for 15+ years, including through the transition of Joe Klein taking over for the agency built by Erik Granroth. I am sure like many others, I was skeptical of the transition because Erik is such an incredible guy and he ran such a wonderful business model where as a customer, I also felt like a friend. When Joe took over, he did not skip a beat. He has been informative of the policies I have and also of options that will help me invest in the future. I am so grateful for his responsiveness, no matter how great or small my question or request. The Joe Klein agency has me as a customer for life because I can tell he really cares about me and my investments and how I spend my money with his agency.
