Jared Lange Paul and Sarah are amazing. Truly an agency that cares about people. A short story as to why. Due to relocation I had to change groups. My new agency failed to cancel my policies in a previous state and therefore I continued unknowingly to pay for them. I dont remember how everything transpired but someone reached out to PNI about my coverage though I was under another agency at this time. Instead of just ignoring it Sarah flat out fixed it. She got my money refunded and my policy changes taken care of. That is just 1 of the above and beyond things they did for me. If I ever move back to WA or CA they will be my first call.

Brad Hasty I do not know how the average person is expected to navigate this Medicare process without help. Senior Benefits Solutions is able to simplify this convoluted process and help you all the way through this. They know their stuff and give you options to fit what is best for you. They are also very familiar with the Hanford Pension process. I HIGHLY recommend them when you have to deal with the Medicare process. Always great service, I never have had to wait on hold for my call to be connected, I get to speak with a real human, who speaks my first language intelligibly, (I speak English, Im not sure if they have any multi-lingual capacity for service, but I would not be surprised if they at least have someone who can speak Spanish fluently, because there are many Latina people in this area). Great business, no bad or unsatisfying experiences. Highly recommended.
