Cassandra Wood Tom went above and beyond to help me with a claim hiccup that was outside his scope. It was not his department but he helped me get things in order and set. He continued to check back in and genuinely wanted to be sure our family was in good hands and taken care of. I have been a long time client but never had the pleasure of working with Tom till this week. I would highly recommend Tom, he will show up for his clients, get answers and make sure things are done right.

Shelli Walker-Johnson I went in here thinking I could pay my bill in any office, not realizing that this is not necessarily so. Bruce went above and beyond to help me out, making several calls and dealing w a frustrating website just to help me... and I am not even their client. I will be soon, though. Joshua Vick Hands down the worst insurance company I have had to deal with. One of their insureds hit our vehicle in a parking lot. There was significant damage. It is now 5 months later and I have had to fight with them about everything. I have been transferred to 6 different agents through the process. Only one of them has been helpful shout out to Patrick in Spokane Washington for being as helpful as he could be. The rest have been absolutely useless! You know who you are Benjamin, Brenda, Lamont, Megan. They dont want to help. They dont listen. They are unreasonable and there goal is to absolutely take advantage of you, and you get nothing. My car hit = nothing other than repair and loss in value My time loss and missing out on work dealing with a damaged car = nothing My fuel spent going to get estimates on repair = nothing my returning to get the repair fixed a second time = nothing my diminished value on my was $50k plus vehicle that now shows an accident on the report = nothing Me without my vehicle for weeks = nothing What you do get for no charge from this company? Rude agents check! Canned responses check! shuffling from person to person check! Loss of time check! Loss of money check! Loss of value in your vehicle check! This company does really check all the boxes. The boxes of a company that doesnt care!
