Kim Dean Barbara was very easy to deal with. She went above our expectations by staying late to get us a quote for our insurance so we were able to use a golf cart! Sounds very tedious, not much in it for her, I’m sure. We appreciate her gesture so much and would recommend her for your insurance needs. She cares and that says a lot about a person.

Direct Carpet Doug is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! We just went through our annual renewal, which is usually a major headache to keep our vendor status approved through all the different web sites that monitor us for our clients... Doug took care of it ALL. Hes been keeping track of COI policy requests for the past few years and was ready to go a few weeks before our policy renewed and was asking me for any new ones. He made phone calls as hiccups arose on the receiving end and got them all squared away in no time. As always, THANK YOU Doug for being the BEST at what you do. You are exactly why businesses should swap from large insurance companies to you because you really do care. AND you so a fantastic job with our personal insurance, too!!

Nicole Leahy Larry is amazing at Farmers! He has been so helpful for the several years I’ve been with them. I appreciated them so much I set my daughter up on a policy too. I’ve priced other companies and they have pretty good rates. You probably could get cheaper if you’re willing to sacrifice quality and customer service.
