Ive communicated with Elise, Emma and Anne. I would recommend them 200%. The home office was helpful as well for a claim from 2023.

Squires and his staff have handled all of my insurance professionally, quickly and with the knowledge to do so appropriately. They definitely deserve a 5+. I would refer friends and family to them.

1 /5 Scarlett Graham: We got transferred to Jake Squires when our agent retired. Ive never actually talked to Jake but weve been very disappointed with the service. Its very hard to get in touch with anyone there either by phone or email. Our past experience was that the staff would help you get the best rates with mulit-line discounts, telemetrics, etc. However, Jakes staff needs to be handheld, and dont follow up with changes we talk about. In addition, they made me an insurance quote over the phone that never got put through. We also made a change of address over 20 days ago, and we are still receiving mail at the old address. Definitely dont recommend.
