Mario is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, but what truly sets him apart is his phenomenal responsiveness. I had sent him an email around 10 PM one evening, fully expecting to hear back in a day or two. To my complete surprise, Mario responded in less than 30 minutes response. Day Stormy (LadyStormzzz) Paije at D and D Insurance is amazing. She went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations. My previous agent at another company was AWFUL and non-responsive. Paije helped me get everything sorted in a timely manner (timely on her end, not mine, sorry Paije!) and spent the whole day practically helping me get things sorted out, fixed, linked, and ready to rock!
