Kimberly C Jessica is an amazing Agent -- welcoming, clear, informed, professional, and so good at both listening and explaining. When we first switched to Kents office a number of years ago she helped us review and fine-tune our policies in a way that both saved us money and improved our coverage. When we met with her recently to do a periodic review, we were again impressed with her level of knowledge, care, and attention.
