1 /5 Amber Rutherford: Poor communication, no follow through or follow up. The quotes were double what I received from everywhere else with no explanation why. When I questioned them, I received an email stating “get a quote from Geico”. I inquired to add my child as a DRIVER, not being tied to a vehicle. Yes this is absolutely possible. They refused to do it and acted like they didn’t know it was possible, but said they’d look into it and email or call me back. No follow up to that inquiry other than the above. Very unprofessional.
