Amber Steen Shelby was 10/10! She was so helpful in figuring out my policy and helping me Every step of the way. I’ve always had a family friend do my insurance for me so I’ve never 100% understood everything that goes on with what you need and how much coverage you need but Shelby explained everything so well! I needed an sr22 and from start to finish she explained things and helped me every step of the way, she made it so easy for me. I was so anxious and nervous to call to figure everything out and she made me feel so at ease with the process! I can’t say for everyone that works here cause I just talked to Shelby but if they’re anything like Shelby you won’t be disappointed!

Jun J I typically dont take my time to post reviews on google but I felt I needed to do so based on the customer service Ive received from Alex. I called about 15 different people to shop for a high risk insurance before I was fortunate enough to be referred to Alex. within the first five minutes of every phone call Ive had with insurance agents, they rushed to give me a very general quote (and VERY HIGH) only with half the information they had of me before saying "yeah we dont have anything else" and would end the calls. Alex spent close to an hour on the phone with me providing full details and she submitted accurate specifics of the previous accidents and came back with the best rates available. I am way more knowledgeable in how insurance works after speaking with Alex. I would highly recommend her.

Cassandra Wood Tom went above and beyond to help me with a claim hiccup that was outside his scope. It was not his department but he helped me get things in order and set. He continued to check back in and genuinely wanted to be sure our family was in good hands and taken care of. I have been a long time client but never had the pleasure of working with Tom till this week. I would highly recommend Tom, he will show up for his clients, get answers and make sure things are done right.
