2 /5 Yesenia Gonzalez: Been a client/customer since I started driving, so a very long time. People come and go except for who I believe is the manager and she so nice before getting that position, since last year they service gets worse and worse. Every time I call to ask for a quote to add another car to our family policy is like if Im calling to ask for donations or freebies. They never answer, you leave messages and never receive a call back from anyone until today when I call, they wanted to get rid of me so bad that were sending me to another location which is in another city when I live 4 minutes away from this one. Id like to make excuses for them but the whole team is a failure, they had the audacity just to call me back to say I should call the insurance company directly not to them as they change our agent and no one is available ever to help me. They treated so poorly that makes me think is it something personal as they can speak with anyone else that is on that policy and they answer with no problema and help them except for me. Theyre so unprofessional to make a difference between ccustomers. It is really discriminatory to do so when your job is directly helping the public.
