I can depend on him when issues do come up he takes care of them right away. Im not just a number with Michael, Id like to consider myself a friend. 1 /5 Z3R0 Hero: A worker there named Betty avoids any hardwork. They are super friendly until they take your money, then they like to sit back and twiddle thumbs. 1st instance: I wanted to switch my car insurance plan to just liability, asked for a quote, and asked if I can suspend it for vacation purposes. She stated it was difficult and "a lot of work", to suspend and reinstate it. 2nd instance: I called to re-add my car insurance after cancelling it for an extended trip outside of the country. She said I had to be within the state as a requirement. So I came back home and then called her to add insurance, she then stated it would be a challenge and that she had to call the regional office to do so. She says she will call me back and hung up on me, WITHOUT GRABBING MY PHONE NUMBER. Though it probably was on file, but needless to say, she never called me back. I just want to add that Progressive was $50 cheaper for a 6 month plan with the same coverage.
