Traci Steve has been my insurance agent for 23 years. His customer service is exceptional. I can ALWAYS reach him. Even if I call the office on a Sunday and leave a non urgent message, I often get a return call that day.

I also had to follow up a few times after buying the policy to make sure I was clear on payment and policy number.
