1 /5 Lily Bilosevich: A very disappointing experience working with Roman on tax filing. He has stopped responding to my calls, voicemails, and emails for almost 6 weeks now. I reached out originally confirming they could complete my taxes back in March. I knew he would be busy since it was close to the filing date and I get an extension, so I checked back in beginning of June. Very unreliable and now I am past due having to look for a new tax accountant in the middle of July. If you don’t have the bandwidth to complete the taxes or it’s outside of your scope, you have to be able to communicate. Overall, a very unprofessional experience.

1 /5 Naz H: I was trying to do my tax with them so they told me I need to call or email to schedule cause they are busy then I have called an email no return call no email for almost 3 weeks then I stopped by to the office and talk to the receptionist. She said we will take your information. We will extend your tax but then call us in month of June. Then I called in month of June and no email back again from them finally after a week of repeating email sent to them they emailed me back saying that I am on vacation in July 19 I’ll be back. I can start doing your taxes. This was a very bad experience with this company doing my Tax. Please change your receptionist for not answering your customers, and hopefully you can run your business as a professional tax accountant

3 /5 Ceeasia32: They are professional, on time with appointments. Taxes done in about 30min. Prices have gone up but ranges between $70-$100 for service. I was over charged this year. They say they have the right to charge extra for services but I didn’t have any. Last year I paid $60 this year I was charged $100, When posted new price was $70 with 4 W2, we had 3. I didn’t ask because what goes around comes around.

1 /5 Alex Pantiukhov: I wont recommend Elena to anyone. Terrible attitude towards customers. I was her client for almost 2 years. Her main task is to sell you insurance and then she wont even pick up the phone. Rudeness and discrimination are their norm.

Luckily, nothing happened during that time, but when we finally looked into the details, we discovered she had been charging us for “extended” or “partial/full” coverage while only giving us the most basic liability policy. That’s dishonest and misleading, plain and simple. The worst part is her attitude. Whenever we asked for explanations about the policy, she was rude, dismissive, and only talked about payments. No transparency, no respect for clients, no professionalism at all. After paying for two years, we realized we were overcharged and misled. And we’re certain we’re not the only ones — she’s been doing this with many people. This is unacceptable behavior for someone in the insurance business. Do not trust this agent. Stay away.
