Brian Haney Shopping for insurance is such a chore, but Denham-Wang Agency turned it into a joy. I came to Vanity at Denham-Wang with particular needs. At my home in Brier (a one-horse town where many people own exactly that: one horse), my daughter has a pet grooming business and keeps goats, chickens, and ducks in the back yard. Mainstream insurance companies charge extra for a "hobby farm" and earthquake coverage (if they offer earthquake coverage at all), and they flee from home-based businesses where clients actual drive onto the premises even if they are not allowed in the building. Not Denham-Wang Agency. Not Vanity. They asked all the right questions then worked closely with their underwriters to come up with a policy at a reasonable rate, plus they offered great policies for our Subaru Outback and Ford Transit home-camper-conversion. The premiums were all low enough that I could add an umbrella policy and still walk away spending less money than before with AAA. Kudos to Denham-Wang Agency!

The response was great: they got right on my claim and did so with friendliness and efficiency. Thanks to Desirae for this! Then this year, Brandon Dudder helped me navigate a problem with my homeowners insurance with friendly patience and useful advice. Thanks to him, all is now well! I cant recommend this office highly enough: although they are on the other side of that State, they seem like they are right next door. When I call they know who I am and return my calls promptly. I am 65 and have worked with many insurance companies over the years. THIS Allstate office is by far the best I have ever worked with! If something goes wrong, it so reassuring that they are committed to helping me work things out. After all, thats what insurance is for! Highly recommended!
