The Medicare options are complex and often confusing. Tara was able to clearly define and explain all of these options and which scenario would meet best meet our needs. We’ve never filed a loss claim, and we’ve always made our policy payments on time. Frank Rodriquez and his team went to bat for us. Not only did they help us understand the insurance market better, they were also able to offer us an equivalent policy for a third less than what we’ve been paying Liberty Mutual. My sole regret is that we didn’t find Sound Business when they first opened in 2008.
