He is incredibly knowledgeable and spends the time finding the best coverage between several carriers to ensure that I have the best coverage for my needs. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly to make sure I understand the policy. He answers all of my questions with patience and clarity. Dean is also very responsive and follows up with me to make sure that I am satisfied with my policy. I truly appreciate the professionalism and dedication to her clients.
