3 /5 Sarah Carroll: My husband and I had to go 3 times to get our out-of-state insurance transferred over when we moved here. Each time they said we were good to go. The day we left on a road trip I received a notice in my app saying my coverage was expired and I was no longer covered. We are still with them and have had no issues 7 months later.

1 /5 Amy Sutton: The sheer amount of calls I received, REPEATEDLY, every single day for a solid week-week and ½, was nothing short of absolutely freakin RIDICULOUS! If someone doesnt answer the phone after the 5th time youve called them in a matter of 2 hours, STOP, STOP CALLING THEM!!! But no, you didnt, you instead realized that I wasnt answering my phone from the number you were calling from, so the "logical" thing to do (insert sarcasm!!) is change up the number youre calling me from and try again 50 MORE TIMES!!! Your office made me so flippin mad with the constant calling, that I took my business to American Family Insurance.
