No, neither you nor your assistant have returned our phone calls in a timely fashion, or at all in several instances, and that is a fact. Too bad you couldn’t address this issue with class instead of sarcasm and hostility. Much happier with our new provider. Edit #2. I see youve changed your sarcastic response, though youre still making the accusation of a "fake review". You really shouldnt let things bother you so much. I stand by my review; whether you think its "fake" or not, that is irrelevent to me. It appears that you take reviews well only when theyre positive, but lash out and harrass when theyre not. That is telling.
