Steve Martino Excellent customer service. After submitting info online we got a short customized video of their proposal. Then we discussed proposal in detail and Jessica provided insights and clear explanations of options. Then she provided a complete personalized package of coverage for all our needs at a very competitive price. It was easy, efficient and cost effective. One of my best "insurance experiences". Highly recommend trying Jessica and PCRG.

Ma Jack I had the best experience purchasing auto insurance at an incredibly fair price. Agent Ryan was extremely helpful, especially when I needed to move my pickup date two days earlier than the insurance start date. I urgently needed a new plan, and he managed to get everything done within just one hour. Thanks to him, I was able to pick up my car on time. On top of that, he also helped me cancel and get a refund for my previous policy. Truly a kind and professional person.

Sarah sears I just recently switch to this company about a month ago. There isn’t enough words I can use to say how wonderful this company is! When I say they speak to speak you ACTUALLY GET SPEAK to someone there is NONE of those frustrating automated systems, an actual person answers the phone. I’ve had the opportunity to speak with Ayanna today due to a concern I had. Her positive energy, and kindness show through and through and was so very helpful. I had to call at another time and spoke with another person from their office concerning me turning in my daughter’s report card. It had all the information they needed, other than a GPA was missing. Her school district doesn’t put GPA’s on their report cards. He was able to work it out that I still got the good student discount. Great rates considering the fact I have a 16yr old on my insurance. This is an agency I highly recommend as they do want to help their clients.
