I recently had an accident and auto claim and they have been very supportive through out. In addition, I had personal injury and auto repair associated with my accident, every single person I came into contact with at Farmer offered personal, supportive services through out my experience. If you want an agent and an insurance company that is on your side when you need the, Nair Farmers Insurance is the place to go (even if you are not near them, I live 150 miles away and all business is conducted on the phone).
