5 /5 Susan Goss: Choosing an insurance policy/carrier is never fun, but Anna Dubins at Eastside Insurance Services made the experience more pleasant than I could have ever expected. She is a great listener and worked diligently to meet our many and varied needs. I had become very disillusioned with my previous insurance provider/broker. Anna was patient, professional, and very willing to solve my problems with better/more affordable coverage. It meant a lot that she sympathized with my dismay regarding cost/coverage. I recently retired and have to be super aware of the “bang for my buck”. It also helped that she is a dog person and enjoyed meeting my dogs! Needless to say, Anna found us great coverage for both home and auto while providing us with excellent customer service. She has quickly responded to each time I’ve reached out to her and assures me that moving forward she will always be “my agent”.

Dan was very patient while we were getting our ducks in a row, kept in touch with us periodically during our building stage, and informed as to when will be the best time to get the ball rolling. 5 /5 Ann Fullington: Anna did a thorough review of all our policies and made some great suggestions for changes! Some of the changes saved us money (finding additional discounts for us, raising our deductibles that were set decades ago, etc.), while some of the changes cost us more because our previous policies had inappropriate or not enough / lacking coverage. I hate paying more for insurance, but its worth it to know that when / if I need it Ill be covered appropriately! Anna also took the time to answer all our questions - and there were many. She never pushed products / coverage for us, but made well-informed & sound recommendations. Thanks, Anna!
