Mark Scott I switched to Larry Hall and State Farm 20 years ago. I had a different insurance company and when I needed customer service they told me to figure things out for myself. I have never been to Larry Halls office (I live near Seattle) but Tawnee and Amber always treat me like they know me and State Farm has provided excellent coverage any time I have had any issues (car accidents or my car getting stolen). Whenever I call I find myself telling them how much I appreciate how helpful they are.

Mario is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, but what truly sets him apart is his phenomenal responsiveness. I had sent him an email around 10 PM one evening, fully expecting to hear back in a day or two. To my complete surprise, Mario responded in less than 30 minutes response. Adam Lang Kevin and his team saved our family $6,000 this year in health insurance premiums. Besides the premium savings, the policy they found has no deductible (only copays). Compare that to the $11,000 family deductible on the plan offered by my new employer (at $500 more per month), and you can see why I am proud to write this glowing, 5-star review for Kevin and Riverbend Insurance. Beyond the savings, Kevin was able to answer all of my questions and walk me through various scenarios (lots of doctor visits vs. few, specialists vs. regular visits, emergency care, etc.) in terms of plan and cost. Kevin was incredibly patient and actually seemed happy that I wanted to have all our ducks in a row before pulling the trigger. I also had to follow up a few times after buying the policy to make sure I was clear on payment and policy number. His team answered the phone the first time I called and was able to answer my questions. Kaitlyn Hinners Hollie is the best person to go to, she works her hardest to find the best deal for you and makes sure you always have what you need. She is the kindest person I know!! I went to her and a month later I got into a accident by hitting a deer, I was able to call Hollie and she answered my phone call right away, and got my claim started while we were still on the phone, I’ve never know any other insurance agent be that fast! She is always on top of everything and reponds super fast to any message she receives. I love working with Hollie and will never go to anyone else!
