5 /5 Robert Davis: I have been with Mark Shapiro for over 10 years. While having insurance through his office I have had a couple of claims from my street bike being stolen to me totaling one of my cars and they have always taken care of me and have always been happy with the outcome given the circumstances. There have also been times I had to call them for other scenarios and they have always been extremely easy to deal with and showed they care about their customers. For example, I had to have my truck towed today due to breaking down on I-5 in a place I was completely unfamiliar with as I was on a road trip out of state. Roadside assistance had me tow it to a certain shop that was roughly 30 miles away. The tow truck driver advised me to tow it to a shop that was just a mile or two down the street. Roadside assistance charged me $150 and some change before they would schedule the tow due to it being additional miles than what was allowed on my policy. I had called Mark Shapiros office after all was said and done to get my money refunded due to me staying in my mileage allowed and Brenda had went above and beyond to make it right to ensure I get the money refunded. The refund is still being looked into but feel strongly they will make sure it happens due to my personal experience I have had with them previously. I would strongly suggest anyone looking for a new insurance policy to give Mark Shapiro a go!
