When I was fooled away from Propel by Ryan at Federated (which I give a negative 5!!! Stay away from Federated Insurance) for a measley savings I did not take into account the whole package you get with Michelle. She knows the insurance industry inside and out. Her knowledge and dedication is PHENOMENAL!! I called Michelle 3:00pm on a Friday and she was happy to hear from me even though I had made the decicion to leave Propel for Federated a year ago. I asked if she could get me insurance by Monday and she worked through the weekend to get this accomplished, which she did! She is top notch, over the top AMAZING! I broke up with Propel but am so happy to be back together!
