S E I reached out to Adalberto to talk about a new business I wanted to open and what I would need in terms of insurance and bonds. I called and left a message (they were busy). After a while Adalberto gave me a call back - after hours! I don’t think I have dealt with someone who was willing to work after hours for a client! Such an awesome experience! He simplified the insurance conversation and gave me pointers as to what to look out for as a new business owner. He was very professional throughout our conversation. Dale Holpainen I have been doing business with Magnolia Insurance for more years now than I can remember. My agent is Toni Matous. I love this gal because she takes care of everything so quickly. It makes not difference if I call or write an email or a text I get an immediate reply. She always keeps me updated, along with making suggestions, when the insurance carriers make changes which as we know seems to be all the time. Im like most people when it comes to insurance. I wish I didnt have to have it and I dont like having to pay for it. But its kinda like paying taxes in this regard, I cant get out of it.
