1 /5 Tyler Kowal: I’m really having a hard time with Cross Insurance. It seems like they no longer care about their customers after the recent change in ownership. It took over three weeks to process a simple change request for our homeowner’s policy, and even after they finally processed it, they haven’t been able to answer my basic questions. They also tried to blame me saying I didn’t upload any documents but after asking them to look again my request was magically located?!
Additionally, when I followed up to get policy documents for the bank, Cross has not responded, and I’m really unsure what to do next. Hopefully, we can get a response before the bank becomes upset over not receiving the necessary insurance documents.
I’m seriously considering switching insurance agents. If you want a company that can’t pick up the phone or answer questions, this is the one for you!
