Bowen Normajean (Nia) Im a longtime insurance client with American Family and will remain so based on my claims experience as well as the years of great service. I had a plumbing breakage and a large section of flooring in my home was ruined. American Family restored everything to the original standard, and even hosted me at a hotel during the worst of it while the work was going on. They reach out whenever new saving programs or options become available - for example just this week they started a discount for downloading a driving app on my phone. Pavel A We had a fire at our house. 12/8/24 Emily Sperry reached out the next day was really nice right away. Little did we know we were getting screwed right away. The biggest thing is they use these 1.6 star companies from other states like Alacrity to review contents and rental bids and then they just cut the cost by a lot on everything and then Emily Sperry just wires the money what ever they price for her. Of course just like the other reviews they CANCELED US. And there is lots of things we’re figuring out that we don’t have coverage for. We are still struggling here. Everything takes extra long. I am hoping someone from Grange can reach out to us and help us.
