1 /5 Tracy W: Old agent review: We were new to Washington state & needed to transfer all our insurance, auto, home, umbrella. Gary met with us and made the process so easy. He is professional & personable. We had tried a different agent in WA who was not as thorough or as attentive to our needs. We look forward to a long relationship with Gary. Highly recommend him. UPDATE: This agency was sold to a new agent, whom I can not recommend due to her lack of interest in us when we had a claim. Her assistant gave us incorrect information that caused unneeded stress to an already stressful situation. The assistant also argued with me about whether or not a collision center was a Farmers preferred center. I had talked to the center & they told me they were not a Farmers preferred center. The assistant tried to argue that they were, even saying "Well its news to me if they’re not." My calls were not returned when we needed further assistance with the claim. Needless to say, we are disappointed and are shopping for a new insurance company.

5 /5 CHRIS THOMSEN: Ive been working with Gary Baird for at least 20 years. We have all our policies with Farmers and have always received excellent service and great response times. Gary offers wise counsel and is always mindful of my bottom line. Yes, insurance is a bit of a necessary evil but knowing you have the right coverage and enough of it, offers great peace of mind.
