1 /5 dave smith: My insurance was coming up for expiration, I called the agent and the insurance both. And told them I will not be renewing. They both said okay no worries. Come renewing time, they charge me, bank charges me late fee, send it to collections. I called the agent and guess what!! Agent was like- oh you dont have proof you called us. Worst customer service ever!!! I used insurify and saved $1,000!!! This place is dishonest and no customer service!!!! I wont be coming back ever here!!!

3 /5 Jessi P: Well up until last week I would have said they can find the lowest cost auto insurance around... But after last week when I had tried resolving an issue I had a couple weeks earlier... And just never got a call back... I called again just to get very little help and my new insurance co.... dbl the monthly payment price for the exact same type of insurance. When I asked if I could pay more on the premium to get my monthly rate lower, she said they dont do that. I have used this insurance broker for many years.. But I will not be inlisiting their services again after this.

1 /5 Jose Rivera: I would HIGHLY Not recommend this insurance broker. I would give the customer service -5 starts if I could. They have screw so many people over an somehow they are still in business. If you are looking to get insured I would recommend looking else where. This company really sucks.
