5 /5 Carl Davis: I had an accident with my Boat trailer upon retrieving my boat at the marina. I texted Andy the next morning to give me a call when he had a minute to discuss. He called me 2 minutes later and we took a look at the policy together over the phone and determined it would be covered. He filed the claim while I was on the phone with him. By the time we hung up, I recieved a text from my claims adjuster Amanda with Foremost (specialty company Farmers owns). I described what had happened and texted 5 pictures of the damage. She’d asked if I had a minute to give a statement which we completed. She let me know she would call the tow company that towed the trailer directly to pay so I didn’t need to pay out of pocket and reimburse. She also indicated she would call the shop I have a good relationship with that was doing the work to get an estimate and let me know how much coverage i had. She also said, I have never submitted a claim and have a declining deductible and it would be zero out of pocket!! She texted me daily letting me know she was waiting on the shop for an estimate who was trying to find parts. The day she got it, she opened up a portal for me to get paid directly online or they would cut a check in 3 days if that was not set up. I had the money before the work was done. The final bill had 1 more hour of labor and one extra part that was not identified in the estimate by the shop which she paid immediately upon receipt. Andy checked in with me during the process and more than exceeded my expectations. I wish I could give 10 stars and I would recommend calling him to be your advisor and manage your insurance portfolio, especially if you want a professional and have a lot of assets to cover!

They had me set up with a body shop in no time and fixed quickly. The whole process went very smoothly. You’re not just a number to them and it shows.
