Lisa Byers I am so appreciative and happy I found this firm. When one of the major insurance companies put me in a last minute bind in September of last year. I gave Haley Insurance Agency a call and showed up at their office within the hour. Hannah LaBadie did an extraordinary job of getting me new auto and renters insurance that day to avoid a lapse in coverage. We spent quite a while together going through my options with the companies they represent. I ended up with lower premiums for the same insurance with a company I know is reputable and outstanding. Lisa Franke The Hartford is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. They put so little effort into my case and didnt talk to my doctors, strung me along for literally months while I had no income, and continued to deny me coverage for pathetic reasons that were at odds with everything my medical team said. I had even jumped through all of their hoops. They told me things and then claimed they never said them. Id leave voicemails they seemingly didnt listen to. I got bounced between probably three different agents. Honestly, dealing with the Hartford was probably the worst part of HAVING CANCER. DO NOT USE THE HARTFORD. NO MATTER WHAT. ITS NOT WORTH IT. Now I just hope I dont end up losing my house. Thanks, guys.
