Lynn Hooper American National Insurance is an amazing company. Michael Hutton is a highly knowledgeable and friendly person who is willing to take the time to insure his customers are getting the coverage they need and fully understanding the coverage provided. I have been with the company for five years and have always had a wonderful experience. I love the people and the atmosphere here. I highly recommend this company to anybody looking for great and affordable insurance.

Cassi Ive worked with Kevin, Penny, and Sarah over the past eight or so years, and they have all been wonderful. Ive used Allstate for car, home, and rental insurance, and feel like I am getting good coverage for reasonable prices. Honestly though, its the people that keep me with Allstate. They are always so friendly, return my calls quickly, and are sure to follow up later if needed. I feel like they actually care.

They are also very familiar with the Hanford Pension process. I HIGHLY recommend them when you have to deal with the Medicare process. Direct Carpet Doug is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! We just went through our annual renewal, which is usually a major headache to keep our vendor status approved through all the different web sites that monitor us for our clients... Doug took care of it ALL. Hes been keeping track of COI policy requests for the past few years and was ready to go a few weeks before our policy renewed and was asking me for any new ones. He made phone calls as hiccups arose on the receiving end and got them all squared away in no time. As always, THANK YOU Doug for being the BEST at what you do. You are exactly why businesses should swap from large insurance companies to you because you really do care. AND you so a fantastic job with our personal insurance, too!!
