1 /5 Mari Kerr: Just spoke with Carrie Lange and I was calling around getting quotes comparing apples to apples, then would modify as needed, once i switched. She was super demanding as to the info she needed and very rude about it. She told me she wouldnt be rushed or give me a quote unless I gave her info requested. I had to hang up on her as she was lecturing me about how insurance works. Then she had the nerve to text me her contact info. No shame in being rude or listening to the customers initial needs or wants. I couldnt imagine working with her if I needed help or had an emergency.
