Taryn Nelson I appreciate the excellent service I get with Trisha and her staff! They go above and beyond to take care of me if I ever have any questions. They schedule reviews, suggest changes that will benefit me and so much more. From personal policies to business, recreational vehicles, umbrella, you name it... their expertise has been a huge asset to me and my family for many years now. I cannot recommend Kalama Insurance enough. :)

Suman Chakrabarti Brian is awesome! We had a claim and he was there to help us through it. We had an idea what we should do, but he recommended a better route that went without a single issue. It is the advisory service we didn’t get from State Farm and why we switched.

Tuan Nguyen Kayla and Sharmeen helped me switch from a different insurance company to Farmers. Throughout the whole process they were attentive, kind, and always available to answer any questions. I was able to ultimately save quite a bit of money especially on the automotive side when I switched over. Even better was the fact that Kayla got me higher coverage for less than what I was previously paying. Kayla was also able to get me a Farmers discount for my profession which is a huge plus. I truly appreciate being able to pick up the phone and speaking directly to either Kayla or Sharmeen. My previous agent was always hard to get ahold of. I highly recommend this agency along with all the other positive reviewers here.

Jun J I typically dont take my time to post reviews on google but I felt I needed to do so based on the customer service Ive received from Alex. I called about 15 different people to shop for a high risk insurance before I was fortunate enough to be referred to Alex. within the first five minutes of every phone call Ive had with insurance agents, they rushed to give me a very general quote (and VERY HIGH) only with half the information they had of me before saying "yeah we dont have anything else" and would end the calls. Alex spent close to an hour on the phone with me providing full details and she submitted accurate specifics of the previous accidents and came back with the best rates available. I am way more knowledgeable in how insurance works after speaking with Alex. I would highly recommend her.

Tracy I had to rebuild my policies so I went into the office and was greeted by Maura at the 40th Ave, Eric Silvers office. She had a welcoming greet and assisted to my adjustments immediately. I was out of there quickly and satisfied with my new quotes. Maura did a great job, was honest and I felt totally comfortable doing business with her. Great experience!
