karen morton Todd spent two hours with us working to save us money on our auto insurance, because he knew rates were rising. We never felt pressured; no hard sell. He is a good salesman, but also a good person. Weve been with State Farm since 1972! We havent had very many claims, but when we did, our problems were solved within a few days.

Madeline Hernandez Tuan went out of his way to explain things for our business insurance that we didn’t understand, and answered all of our questions (only about a million of them lol). He showed us different options that fit our needs as a business and was very efficient and kind!

Phillip Chung No wonder it looks fishy here without any previous review comment! This guy who answered the phone, assume to be Charles Chai, started with "who are you?"!! Who does that!! On top of Farmers doubling my home insurance premium and this kind of customer service, it is no brainer to switch to another insurance company. I only wish I have done that long time ago instead of providing income for this person! Hope my policy get cancelled as I requested without causing headache, which I wouldnt be surprised if this guy makes difficult, ex. not cancelled before renewal date and late charge assessed. Please just retire if you think you made enough money and dont feel like serving your customer with dignity! Just horrible..

Lacee Roth Had Jackie do a review of my current policy that was written by another agency that had insisted they were "the lowest rate I could get because they checked everyone for me". Jackie was able to not only match my coverage but get me a better rate! Shes amazing at what shes does and super friendly! I would absolutely recommend Jackie, Mark, and co for any insurance needs you may have!

Jordon Bibian I spoke with Zane over the phone to get a quote for my auto insurance. He was extremely helpful and gave me good insights about car insurance in general. Although we didn’t move forward with this quote specifically, I am positive that I will be a StateFarm customer within the next year or so

clifford cuellar I have had an account for years. Having both auto and home insured gives a discount. Very pleased with auto claim service. Have not had a home claim.
