David Oh Absolutely Outstanding Service! I had the pleasure of working with Mario for my insurance needs, and I couldnt be more impressed with the level of service I received. Mario is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, but what truly sets him apart is his phenomenal responsiveness. I had sent him an email around 10 PM one evening, fully expecting to hear back in a day or two. To my complete surprise, Mario responded in less than 30 minutes response. I was blown away by his dedication and commitment to his clients. In an industry where getting timely responses can be challenging, Mario is excellent. He consistently goes above and beyond. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an insurance broker who is not only great at what they do but also genuinely cares about providing top-notch support.
