KandieMai Spaet If you do not have insurance through this gentleman I would highly suggest you consider it. . My aunt and I broke down in front of his office with my two children,7 and a 3 mth old.He offered his office as it was so hot out and his was air conditioned. His receptionist gave us cold water and color books for the kids. We were going to walk to the hotel 4 blocks away and he pulled up in his car and offered a ride. Much needed as it was 80 degrees out. As my aunt went in to pay for the room he came in and paid for it out of his pocket. What an angel. So so kind. A stranger with kindness of extreme measures. We just want to say Thank You Mr. Lovell, we will certainly pay it forward. Last but not least he ordered pizza and had it delivered unknown to us. Kids were happy. So if this is how he treats compete strangers ,for sure I would have him as my insurance guy. THANK YOU again. You are our hero and gives of faith in humanity again.

Kristina Young I have had Safeco for over 12 years- home and auto. I won’t go into details, but they allowed my policy to be rewritten by a 3rd party without my consent and added another driver onto my policy without my consent. I can’t image that was legal. That aside, with no changes in coverage, my premium went up 50% and the ONLY thing that’s changed is that I got a divorce. No claims, no tickets, my credit score is better than it was a year ago and I work from home. So basically- we’re setting women’s rights back another 100 years. My ex-husband didn’t get a policy increase with the divorce. And he’s had claims. How is this not sexist? I’m shopping for a new carrier after 12 years. Stay away if you’re a woman.

Dupea Barbara (Babs) I just called this company to ask for a quote for liability insurance w/SR-22 first the receptionist Christina who answered the phone put me on hold and ask an agent about my request and came back to tell me that they couldnt handle that and I wasnt referred to another company that could and wasnt even allowed to speak directly to one of the agents. Then after hanging up and not satisfied with the response because I thought maybe I didnt give enough information or there was a misunderstanding I called back and was directed to an agent by the name of Nanette? anyway I was told that even though they could write up a quote they thought that my needs might be better met by calling another agency. OK???? I can only assume after that response that business must be so good there that they dont need any new business. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would only give this company a 1 and only a 1 because they did at least answer their phone.
