Bentley Dempster I have been with Kevin Wasson American Family Insurance for almost 13 years. Always great service, I never have had to wait on hold for my call to be connected, I get to speak with a real human, who speaks my first language intelligibly, (I speak English, Im not sure if they have any multi-lingual capacity for service, but I would not be surprised if they at least have someone who can speak Spanish fluently, because there are many Latina people in this area). Great business, no bad or unsatisfying experiences. Highly recommended.

Rod Cory 10 years ago, I was in need of full service insurance. Dan was a client and I asked to provide me a quote. Being able to shop several sources, he place me with Safeco insurance. I was able to up my limits and also bought an umbrella policy. It is always nice to have someone local that I can call whenever I have insurance questions. If you are looking for insurance, beware of the national sales companies. Many times they will quote a rate that seems to good to be true. Make sure to compare apples to apples. If it seems to good to be true, then chances are it is.

Rose Bud Jim Davis is very helpful and knowledgeable about WAY more than just car insurance. Talk to him before you make other insurance plans! (BEFORE you buy your home - he can tell you if your home is even eligible for insurance under the current law requirements) He can save you some headaches!!
