Sarah sears I just recently switch to this company about a month ago. There isn’t enough words I can use to say how wonderful this company is! When I say they speak to speak you ACTUALLY GET SPEAK to someone there is NONE of those frustrating automated systems, an actual person answers the phone. I’ve had the opportunity to speak with Ayanna today due to a concern I had. Her positive energy, and kindness show through and through and was so very helpful. I had to call at another time and spoke with another person from their office concerning me turning in my daughter’s report card. It had all the information they needed, other than a GPA was missing. Her school district doesn’t put GPA’s on their report cards. He was able to work it out that I still got the good student discount. Great rates considering the fact I have a 16yr old on my insurance. This is an agency I highly recommend as they do want to help their clients.

They schedule reviews, suggest changes that will benefit me and so much more. From personal policies to business, recreational vehicles, umbrella, you name it... their expertise has been a huge asset to me and my family for many years now. I cannot recommend Kalama Insurance enough. :)

Jack L I have been working with Scott Jensen and his team for one and a half years at this point and have been extremely happy with the help he has provided. He was able to save me money on a number of insurance products, but encouraged me in another direction in the one instance I could get a product cheaper somewhere else. He helped me navigate a number of business and business/insurance processes he was familiar with and provided much wise counsel. Also he was able to get me a term life policy where several other agents had failed to do so (pre existing health stuff, etc). I would highly recommend Scott and his agency whether you are a business owner or just an individual. The presence of administrative staff also makes dealing with Scotts team far easier than with standalone agents. Would 100% recommend them to anyone I know. .

Dupea Barbara (Babs) I just called this company to ask for a quote for liability insurance w/SR-22 first the receptionist Christina who answered the phone put me on hold and ask an agent about my request and came back to tell me that they couldnt handle that and I wasnt referred to another company that could and wasnt even allowed to speak directly to one of the agents. Then after hanging up and not satisfied with the response because I thought maybe I didnt give enough information or there was a misunderstanding I called back and was directed to an agent by the name of Nanette? anyway I was told that even though they could write up a quote they thought that my needs might be better met by calling another agency. OK???? I can only assume after that response that business must be so good there that they dont need any new business. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would only give this company a 1 and only a 1 because they did at least answer their phone.

Robert Jeff is a top of the line insurance agent. I feel very blessed to have him taking care of all of my insurance needs.

Michael Landry Chris has been my insurance agent for the past 3 years. He’s by far the best! If I ever need anything he’s on it. I trust him completely with our home and auto. I have 2 teenagers and about to add a 3rd. He finds the best coverage and the best savings every time. Highly recommended!

Anthony Anderson Called for a quote over a week ago, never heard back. I used to work here I guess there customer service has gone down hill. Thats a shame.

He is supported by a great team who made the process go smoothly. Within a couple of hours we had all of the paperwork signed through an online document signing service. Highly recommended!
