5 /5 Jack L: I have been working with Scott Jensen and his team for one and a half years at this point and have been extremely happy with the help he has provided. He was able to save me money on a number of insurance products, but encouraged me in another direction in the one instance I could get a product cheaper somewhere else. He helped me navigate a number of business and business/insurance processes he was familiar with and provided much wise counsel. Also he was able to get me a term life policy where several other agents had failed to do so (pre existing health stuff, etc). I would highly recommend Scott and his agency whether you are a business owner or just an individual. The presence of administrative staff also makes dealing with Scotts team far easier than with standalone agents. Would 100% recommend them to anyone I know. .

2 /5 Sara Robinson: I have really enjoyed working with Scott and his place for over two years. Without any warning, my insurance was raised over $150 per year. I received no correspondence, no documents, no messages as to my rate increasing and why. Thank god I actually look at the automatic withdrawal emails and saw it otherwise I would never had known! When I called to ask I was told that because of COVID relief and inflation the rates were raising. I dont remember my rate decreasing during COVID or getting any relief. I will be looking for a different insurance carrier at this point. If you are insured here, please make sure you are looking closely at your billing and statements because they will make changes without telling you!
